Due to growth, the business is looking to expand the team. This role would suit someone from an administration background who is keen to get into accounts or a Purchase Ledger Clerk who wants exposure to the whole process, however, it is essential you have Sage experience. In this role, you will be:

  • Processing of Purchase Invoices/Credit Notes
  • Raising of Purchase Orders
  • Requesting and Reconciling Supplier Statements
  • Posting of Bank Payments
  • Obtaining copy invoices where necessary
  • Solving Queries
  • Compiling a payment list for the end of each month
  • Compiling Reports from Sage
