What you will learn about the property world and exposure you will have here, is more than you will get in a perm role in 3-5 years. Mark my words.

Recruiting for a privately owned, boutique property management firm in Prestwich, holding currently 5 members of staff, it’s a lovely office with an even better team where you will work closing with the CEO and the wider team.

Your remit will cover every area of residential property:

  • Sales progression
  • Lettings
  • Property management
  • Inspections and reports
  • PA and administrative support to CEO and wider team

It’s a well-rounded, in depth property administrative role giving you increased exposure to every single area of property, and the best bit about it, you don’t even need to have property experience – strong administrative experience is paramount for this role, the CEO is prepared to train and teach you the rest.

The CEO has ran a successful business in the area for many years, he knows his stuff, but most importantly he’s absolutely lovely – approachable, friendly, willing to give you all of his knowledge and show you the ropes.

You will be joining on a 13-month maternity contract and in those 13 months, wow you’re going to learn a LOT about property and business! After the contract is up, there is a strong potential this will go perm too!
