Highly successful Construction business who have tripled in growth in 12 months, due to the phenomenal growth they need to get their infrastructures improved because they’re now operating as a different size organisation.

An opportunity for an Office Operations Manager to implement structure, process and strategy allowing Directors and employees to get on with their builds and projects.

You will introduce tracking systems, scheduling works processes, control all fleet management and office functions.

This is for someone who will love the challenge, get stuck in, have your voice heard, bring fresh ideas.

The right hand person to the MD. He has a fantastic name in the market, built something reputable and long standing, he is fully aware of the downfalls and weaknesses in the business so he needs someone to solve that.

Help the team to seek value in your processes, build relationships and rapport with staff, clients, suppliers and enjoy being apart of something genuinely brilliant.

Will suit someone who has come from a similar sector, blue collar environment would be perfect, someone who loves it, is experience in office management and operations, likes the less corporate feel and accept you’re going to hit resistance but be persistent with what you’re achieving and enjoy the challenge.
