How good would it feel to be the trusted figure in a business for all of the above?

A Greater Manchester wide business with a number of offices across the region are opening a Glossop branch and looking for an Office Manager to take the lead.

You will be responsible for managing the office (maintenance issues, managing company contracts and line management of an Administrator), supporting the Directors (decision making, growth plans and strategy) and business support management (managing all documentation for the company, including confidential matters)

The role, as you can see, is super diverse, this is the role to really scale up your experience and skill set whilst working for an incredible business.

I say incredible because they’re doing fantastic but also because of their culture and how management run the organisation – the CEO is in the office every day, supporting every team member and knows his staff personally (you’re not just a number here!)

It really shows that a business are doing it right when 80% of the staff have been with them for over 5 years.
