Customer Service Agent
Salary Banding: £21,420 – £22,680 basic + monthly bonuses
Yearly salary increases, and guaranteed progression after 3 months

We work across a range of diverse sectors giving you an insight into how everything works.
You’ll speak to customers about finances, complete income and expenditure forms, and set up direct debits/collect back on payments. We work for the customers, not against them, everything you do is to help them essentially become debt free.
The best part about this role is that your genuinely helping your customers to see the light at the end of the tunnel. There is nothing more stressful than having debts, so you’ll be giving them clear options to assist in becoming debt free in the future.
