Commercial Manager – IT Telecoms Sector

Manchester/Fully Remote

£45,000 – £50,000

The Commercial Manager position gives you the chance to take your first leap into a leadership role on an initial FTC for 12 months. Working with the CFO you will take control of the commercial team, leading on contracts and sitting between the Sales Department and Legal Services Team.

You will manage a host of critical contracts valued at a minimum of £1 million per annum and work with the most exclusive clientele in the industry.

You will be tasked with peer to peer customer interaction, completing supplier due diligence, managing internal performance frameworks and leading a team.

As part of a rapidly growing SME you will also benefit from being a voice and individual in the company that is seen and heard, they are not looking for you to be sat behind a desk quietly, they want your input and communication to improve commercial compliance.

With an acquisition in progress and potential of another in early 2024 the role will expand and at this point you will hold a meeting around permanent contracts and how you map out the future of the commercial team.

The business would like to have someone from an IT telecoms background who understand the nuances within the industry and would feel well placed to make an immediate positive impact.
