Business Development Executive

£25,000 – £30,000 basic + uncapped commission

Manchester – located near the airport (Wythenshawe)

A fantastic new opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join a thriving team, working within the healthcare sector, in a role with as much diversity as there is rewards!

  • You can decide on your set hours of either 8-5 or 9-6
  • No weekends or evenings required
  • Hybrid working model, splitting your time between being in the office and at home
  • This is not a micromanaged role
  • Paid per appointment you generate, and additional bonuses for business agreed
  • Training courses if you wish to do so, and additional holidays

The aim is for you to book appointments for the Sales Director, whose vision is to bring on board someone who can work alongside him in winning new business. It’s refreshing to hear him talk about how he’s currently putting together an even better package for his team full of rewards, extra incentives, and better commission. This is the type of Director you want to work alongside!

He’ll get you involved in any new strategies, and he will focus solely on your performance rather than micromanaging you. He has full trust in his team and abilities.

He doesn’t want you sat phone bashing all day. It’s quality over quantity.

Your role will include:

  • Researching companies via internet and social media for any potential leads
  • Working on LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities
  • Review any new LinkedIn connections coming through, and following up on them
  • Use pre-set templates (he’s happy for you to create your own, and bring new ideas too)
  • Attending regular catch ups to discuss successes and improvements
  • Working off a telephone list the system will create for you from your connections/leads
  • Inbound and outbound calling, as well as email and messages sent/received

This is ideal for someone who wants to get involved, is ‘forward-thinking’ and has B2B sales experience they want to grow and progress with.

You must have previous B2B sales experience to be considered for this role.
