Head to the Christmas markets after work with your team, enjoy wreath making with the team, or just head to a bar on a Friday for some beers, it’s what keeps morale high in this business and they ensure they get out at least once a month to socialise and have fun.

They want someone in situ before Christmas, they’ve already reserved your Christmas Doo ticket, company is growing, current Office Manager is stretched so she wants her number 2 to support her.

Role is super varied, supporting the Office Manager with client activity, office management, support to Directors, marketing and all general administration support to the team.

What stands out here is the team environment, I met with them yesterday and as I arrived they were they were in the middle of a pumpkin carving competition, director’s were involved, music was on, snacks and prosecco were flowing; it was mega to see.

Young team, all supportive of one another and Office Manager has already planned and signed off on your training programme, so you’re in the perfect hands (and she’s so lovely, what a woman!)
