This is a newly created role in Manchester to assist the Administration Manager with all administration as a key support to the wider team including Directors.

Your role will encompass managing the payment process on behalf of clients, creating and processing engagement letters to clients, booking meetings and managing the in-house system (providing feedback on ways to improve the processes and assisting the Systems Administrator)

The business is looking for an Administrator who has superb attention to detail and is meticulous when it comes to the detail of their work – the clients you will be providing support to are high net worth (in the sport and entertainment arena) which is why these skills are paramount when hiring this role.

The role perfectly suits someone who loves organisation, takes pride in their work and is a keen team player, not phased to help out where required and get stuck in to ensure workload complete.
