The Finance Director has been with this business for over 30 years, the Office Manager over 40 years, and the payroll team has over 80 years’ of service between them! After a successful client meeting with the FD, the first thing I thought after leaving was ‘This is perfect for someone who wants their forever role’. You will essentially be the FD’s right hand – helping him manage the day-to-day accounts for different sites & admin function. This would suit someone from an accounts or secretarial background, maybe looking for a role more local to home.

The role isn’t rigid, you won’t just be sitting in a corner processing invoices all day or just resolving queries instead you will act as the bridge between the finance team and FD, ensuring both are supported. There’s plenty to get involved with and trained on in this role so you’ll never be bored!

The business prides itself on its family feel atmosphere, and like a family, the whole team roll their sleeves up and help each other out. The FD is happy to put an afternoon aside to train you on anything you may be unsure about and it is an open-plan office so there’s always support available should you need it.
