AAT Trainee

Ashton Under Lyne

Hybrid Working

£18,000 – £24,000

The role is perfect for either of the following profiles:

  • School or college leaver with excellent academics including an A* or A grade in Mathematics
  • Individual who already has 6 months’ basic accounting experience in either firm or industry

Roles like this are rare on the market with more and more firms of accountants demanding previous practice experience.

The unique thing about the Partners at this firm is that they have no pre-requisite for this – what they look for instead is a committed individual looking to study AAT and progress through the firm to senior level.

The job is ideal for anyone that has decided a career in accounts is for them, with study support, a dedicated mentor and a great team around you – it gives you every chance of succeeding in the role.

You will be helping lots of different companies to prepare their accounts. The portfolio of clients span across a broad range of exciting industries and within your first 3 – 6 months you will be exposed to bookkeeping, tax, year-end accounting and from here you can work out where your strengths lie and which area you’d like to specialise.

You will work with like-minded individuals and Partners that have been trained in similar environments and know what it takes for Trainee Accountants to succeed and progress.

It has all the ingredients that you would look for if you are at the early stages of your career, so its certainly one not to be missed out.

I am interviewing immediately so please submit your CV to duncan@platinumrecruits.co.uk
