I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Platinum, the business was so helpful from start to finish! I applied through indeed but I have also seen the Platinum Instagram. The consultant was professional, helpful and resilient when it came to helping me find a job. I received an exceptional service from Platinum, they made sure I understood the role and helped me prepare for the interview which really boosted my confidence. Overall, I am very happy with my experience and couldn’t fault anything about it. I’ve never applied for a job through a recruitment agency before but if I was looking again, I would use Platinum.

I have been aware of Platinum for some time as over the years whenever I either needed to research the market or simply wanted to see what’s out there Platinum always had visible adverts and good looking roles. I was contacted really quickly after I applied and was asked some good questions which really dug into what I wanted and what the companies wanted, so there was a focus on finding good matches. The job search felt pro-active throughout the process and kept things moving quickly and I was supported ahead of both interviews I had with as much information as they had to share at any given time (e.g. I kept getting updates as they found out more). I’ve always found a wide range of roles on the website, which also seems to be updated quickly with changes to available roles. I’m very pleased with the role I’ve found and the business was instrumental in putting me there!

I found Platinum through a google search and decided to use them due to ease, the fact they had candidates already in mind, and didn’t have an exclusivity clause so we weren’t limited. They got a great understanding of what I needed on the first call, provided candidates in a timely manner but it was clear they had been considered for the role and not just passed over for the sake of it. I have worked with Platinum Recruitment for over 4 years. The level of service is excellent. They are always willing to go the extra mile to understand the business and source the right candidates. I would always use Platinum for finance roles as the quality of CV’s provided is great. We have used Platinum many times and will continue to do so. We first heard about them a couple of years ago when they contacted us about a role we were advertising online; and since then they have always found us the perfect fit for our business. They understand what we are looking for and the type of person which is very important to us. Platinum is a personable business and being able to have that good relationship with one person specifically is great. Sometimes you can be passed from pillar to post with some companies, but I have not experienced that with Platinum. They provide a good level of customer service which I believe is important.

I heard about Platinum Recruitment online and I couldn’t speak highly enough of the service provided. They recruited the role and provided candidates as requested both in terms of ability and personality. After an initial set back with a candidate pulling out due to circumstances changing (which was no fault of the consultant) they worked quickly to get another batch of candidates one of whom we employed. We would use Platinum again – the candidates put forward were in line with conversations and of a high standard.
