We are on the lookout for telephone fanatics where customer service becomes second nature. We aren’t target heavy or focussed on quantity, we expect you to deliver nothing but a high-quality customer service experience as our customers are at the heart of what we do.
You can expect to be part of a fun and energised team working within a positive and bubbly atmosphere with incentivised team challenges to keep you motivated along with monthly bonus’ scheme to reflect your customer service skills.
A typical day within the role would be managing new and existing customer accounts via telephone and written communication methods to reach the best possible outcomes with the ability to conduct sensitive conversations with vulnerable customers who are seeking financial support.
Personality and work ethic is more important to us than industry background, so you don’t need to worry about having years’ worth of extensive customer service experience within a fancy ‘titled’ role to apply!
