£33,000 – £35,000 + Benefits

Manchester City Centre

“Drive focus & excellence through the office support division & be the reason our team is as successful as they can be” – Managing Director

This is an extremely rewarding position to:

  • Manage, train & develop a team of Administrators to reach their career aspirations
  • Implement new procedures to improve efficiencies & standardise best practice across the Group
  • Work collaboratively with the Board to ensure streamlined processes
  • Be a proactive leader of “let’s get this done”

Your role is essentially to bridge the gap between the Board & the office support department in to reach that goal of “perfect client service” whilst managing your team of 5 Administrators where you will be a key mentor in their progression & development.

Really take the reins in the department & show the Board what your team & yourself are capable of – it’s a fantastic challenge for somebody to really make a difference where you will have complete autonomy (this business is not a dictatorship; they believe that the people doing the role are the ones that should be listened to)

This business provides a service to high-net worth clients of which the administration function has a huge part in therefore this is a vital role to fill in this business – it would suit a candidate who has experience of implementing new processes in a business that provide a private client service & is experienced in managing a small team.

In return, you will receive the opportunity to have shares within the business, hybrid home-office working, 24 days holidays plus bank holidays & additional perks!
