You will be managing all compliance and contracts for the commercial division – drafting and creating contracts (each contract will value on average £1million), negotiating terms and conditions with the business at the heart of all situations, working with high profile organisations such as government bodies and public sector and managing relationships internally.

This is a role suited to a confident and commercially focused individual who is looking for a challenging role where you will be making business critical decisions and consistently using your operational mind set throughout the decision making and contract process.

In two years’ time, the head of division envisions you becoming the Commercial Manager and she will ensure you get there, it’s not just words, actions and a plan of attack is in place to get you there and what a Manager you have supporting you!

Background of the individual is quite open however you must have some experience in contracts coordination/ management within a commercial division (whether that be in Legal, Tech or public sector industry) and show strong business acumen.

Now for the fun stuff, the benefits package here is second to none – you can either work fully remotely or from one of their UK offices (Manchester/ Derby) but there is a requirement for you to travel to either office once a month if you are remote, flexible working hours, healthcare scheme, enhanced holiday and pensions scheme.
