As a PA, there is without a doubt nothing more important than supporting a board of Directors who are genuinely just great people, is there?

How do I know they’re great?

  1. Implemented a wellbeing scheme for all staff across the business – including hybrid working, regular wellbeing days and activities
  2. Created and rolled out a training scheme for the whole business to ensure all staff get the support they need, require and achieve
  3. Complete monthly, quarterly and yearly one to ones with all staff members – it’s the Directors that get involved with your progress and allow a “safe place” for you to speak freely

This is the ultimate PA role in Manchester – to work with a bunch of brilliant people as their PA, and this is their first ever PA so it’s super exciting where you can really make it your own.

You will be at the heart of the business, responsible for taking minutes in meetings, diary management, project support and sharing your ideas on new schemes for the business including operational support!

Super exposed to every aspect of the business and Directors, they want to put their trust in you and are open to your ideas, they’re not going to hold anything back, they’re all about you learning and growing in a role.

All they require is a PA with a bit of fire in their belly, someone who wants to progress, eager to learn more and develop their skill set as a PA. Some experience working as a PA to Directors is important, but you don’t have to be the “finished article” at this point.
