You can work from home 3 days a week, cutting any commuting costs dramatically and giving you that extra 30-minutes in bed! With everything being on the cloud, there is no need to go into the office 5 days a week.

The most important thing for my client is someone who can build and maintain a good customer rapport. Whether it’s handling queries over the phone/email or ensuring suppliers are paid on time, it is important that you come across personable and conscientious. You’ll be working on a complex ledger, speaking to small and large businesses so no two days will feel the same.

An overview of your duties will include:

  • Purchase Order processing
  • Accurate matching of invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes
  • Process purchase invoices on to the purchase ledger
  • Ensure cost prices are correct, liaise with suppliers to resolve queries
  • Supplier Reconciliations
  • Prepare supplier payments
