As an L&D specialist, you’re going to be working alongside an L&D Manager who has been in the industry for 12 years; motivated, ambitious, a fantastic leader and a CIPD Level 7 studier, so you have the perfect mentor.

She wants someone with bags of energy, a positive mindset, someone that’s going to lead sessions on mindset, behaviours and objection handling but still ensure the nitty gritty of rules and regulations is still getting taught! A positive brand ambassador.

You’ll essentially be supporting from the moment of recruitment and induction programmes through to ongoing learning, so what you say and teach, you want staff to take as gospel; trusting, engaging and a solutions person!

You can bring fresh ideas to the table, add your own flair to sessions, this isn’t scripted. Teach how you want to teach and create materials that work for you.
