Property Management Administrator

Salary up to £26,000 + Commission

They are looking for someone to work a split role between Lettings and Sales Progression, supporting both the Sales Manager and the Lettings Manager.

The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm and will be responsible for:

  • Supporting Sales Manager with sales progression
  • Completing viewings for sales
  • Point of contact for buyers and solicitors to see through house sales
  • Supporting Lettings Manager and property management
  • Responding to tenant queries
  • Booking viewings and managing the diary
  • Completing viewings for rented properties
  • Point of contact for existing tenants
  • Managing contractors and maintenance including renovation and maintenance of empty properties for new tenants
  • Completing tenancy paperwork
  • Overall responsible for 300 properties within business

Ideally they are looking for someone with a minimum 1 years experience within the property industry who is looking to progress onto the next stage of their career. My client encourages a learning environment and really keen to provide support with industry qualifications for long term success.
