A perfectly placed Office Manager role to sit between office staff and site staff and the senior leadership team where you will feel a part of a family business, with your voice heard.

MD is looking for an Office Manager that will fit perfectly into his Construction business, someone down to earth, a bit “ballsy”, happy to get stuck in with all areas of the business, roll their sleeves up and give instructions to management.

Most Office Manager roles don’t offer progression, especially in the Construction industry, he’s breaking the mold here….. He WANTS YOU to develop, MD is huge on his staff climbing the ladder, he gets thrill from seeing you grow, so progression is on the agenda here.

Everyone is great in this business, full of banter, MD is in every day grafting, it’s a community and they all work hard, the Managers can drag their feet with admin sometimes so they need you to be on the ball with getting the information you need from them and whipping them into shape when needed.

The business is experiencing growth at present, very successful in the industry with major clients across the UK and what they want now is to start to professionalise operations, systems and processes; so the perfect time for an Office Manager to come in with fresh ideas.

You will be able to implement new processes and procedures, in fact he is desperate for someone to come in and do this, he loves listening to his team, what you think can be improved and running with it, so he’s all ears when it comes to anything process improvement.

As Office Manager in a small business, you’ll be expected to get stuck into the nitty gritty administration tasks, as well as operations, HR, general office management and finance support.

Well rounded role, perfect mix, an even better business. You have to go and see them to believe me here, but they are mega.

You can start work earlier if you’re an early bird (7am onwards), or if you prefer, you can come in a bit later, full time office based in their brand new office in Salford Quays because who doesn’t want to be in with a team full of banter and laughs every day?!
