They’re on the lookout for a HR Manager to really take the reins and work in partnership with the owners of the business – they have a vision to really enhance employee engagement and wellbeing for staff (even though it’s already brilliant!) because they care about their people and they want you to help them!
They really do back their HR department, they listen, they engage and they support your advice, not just the Directors but the team and the Managers too. It’s fantastic to see.
The current HR Manager has been with the business for over 6 years, she is only leaving due to now wanting full time work, so you’ll have a clear hand over and be stepping into a position that already has the bones and infrastructure that you can really run with and add to.
This is a full generalist role, the whole employee life cycle from beginning to end, managing complex ER cases, appeals, coaching of management, recruitment and employee engagement.
You’re in a standalone role and what comes with that is challenging conversations so what they require is a strong HR Generalist/ HR Manager that is confident in this and has experience in the complex cases and processes.
If you’re a HR Generalist ready for that step up or perhaps an experienced HR Manager wanting to join a role to put your own stamp on things and work reduced hours – this is perfect.
