What an opportunity to oversee your own team – yet still be on the frontline getting stuck into the Purchase Ledger function yourself!

This is such an exciting opportunity – one to grab with both hands, one where you can challenge the “status quo”!

You will be responsible for managing two members of the Purchase Ledger team – they are extremely self-sufficient and certainly don’t need handholding however you will act as a mentor, support and day to day buffer for any queries that may arise; you will be the person they look to for guidance!

This is a role where you can be a real leader and drive change – think a system could be improved? Suggest it! Think a process could be streamlined? Use your voice! You will be involved in every single monthly Board meeting, so your opinion is just as important as the Finance Director’s!

Such an exciting time to join – you can have a real say in the direction of the business and roll out any changes to your team, ensuring the PL department is the slickest in the company!
