I was supported ahead of both interviews

I have been aware of Platinum for some time as over the years whenever I either needed to research the market or simply wanted to see what’s out there Platinum always had visible adverts and good looking roles. I was contacted really quickly after I applied and was asked some good questions which really dug into what I wanted and what the companies wanted, so there was a focus on finding good matches. The job search felt pro-active throughout the process and kept things moving quickly and I was supported ahead of both interviews I had with as much information as they had to share at any given time (e.g. I kept getting updates as they found out more). I’ve always found a wide range of roles on the website, which also seems to be updated quickly with changes to available roles. I’m very pleased with the role I’ve found and the business was instrumental in putting me there!

I never felt like I had to chase for answers

The quality of the jobs that were on offer at Platinum stood out to me and I would definitely use them again in the future. I applied via indeed to a different role but that had already gone through to offer stage. However they suggested an alternative role that I’d be a good fit for and it matched everything I was after and fortunately I got the job. The efficient communication was really helpful and they would always get back to me by the end of the day to ensure any queries were answered, I never felt like I had to chase for answers.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Platinum, the business was so helpful from start to finish! I applied through indeed but I have also seen the Platinum Instagram. The consultant was professional, helpful and resilient when it came to helping me find a job. I heard about Platinum Recruitment online and I couldn’t speak highly enough of the service provided. They recruited the role and provided candidates as requested both in terms of ability and personality. After an initial set back with a candidate pulling out due to circumstances changing (which was no fault of the consultant) they worked quickly to get another batch of candidates one of whom we employed. We would use Platinum again – the candidates put forward were in line with conversations and of a high standard.

The level of service is excellent

I have worked with Platinum Recruitment for over 4 years. The level of service is excellent. They are always willing to go the extra mile to understand the business and source the right candidates. I would always use Platinum for finance roles as the quality of CV’s provided is great. I appreciate that in today’s current market conditions it is not always easy to find candidates; and even when you find them they may have been made other offers but resilience is a key strength of the Platinum team.

They provide a good level of customer service

We have used Platinum many times and will continue to do so. We first heard about them a couple of years ago when they contacted us about a role we were advertising online; and since then they have always found us the perfect fit for our business. They understand what we are looking for and the type of person which is very important to us. Platinum is a personable business and being able to have that good relationship with one person specifically is great. Sometimes you can be passed from pillar to post with some companies, but I have not experienced that with Platinum. They provide a good level of customer service which I believe is important.

I received a really personable service

I was contacted by Platinum about a role they were looking to fill. I had a brief one to one with one of the consultants where we talked through past experience and what I was looking for to progress.
