Contact Centre Agent

£21,420 – £25,000 + monthly bonuses of £200

There is no better feeling than logging off every day with customers genuinely grateful for the advice and guidance you’ve provided, putting a simple solution into place can make a massive difference.

The financial services market will allow you to do that, supporting customers who have found themselves in financial difficulty and want assistance on getting back on track. Set up direct debits, explain specific plans, and send out letters to customers. The role itself is easy.

Good customer service will give you this in return:

  • After training, you’ll immediately become a senior advisor. That’s after only 12 weeks!
  • We will give you an additional £200 per month for good customer service.
  • We will fully fund for you to receive a customer service accredited qualification.
  • A salary increase after your first and second year – how incredible is that!
  • Join our management programs and learn what it takes to manage others.
  • 2 weeks out of 4 in the month you’ll finish as early as 1PM during the week.
  • We don’t want to add extra stress, therefore we’ve made the decision not to set high targets.
  • We like to have a fun, relaxed environment with weekly raffles, prizes and competitions.
  • Take your time on your calls, and get to know your customers.
