Perfect opportunity for an individual from a property background who has experience of liaising with landlords, tenants and Property Managers!

If you have worked in an administrative or finance role within property but are now looking to take on more complex opportunities, this is for you!

The current Property Accounts Assistant has just received a promotion which has created this opening for someone who wants to manage a portfolio of commercial properties and getting exposure into the following areas:

  • Income and expenditure reporting on properties
  • Producing budget and forecasting reports
  • Service charge and ground rent reporting

This is a role where you will get weekly and monthly interaction with senior figures within the business including the Directors who it’s a real chance to make a name for yourself and have an input into decision-making such as building up the portfolio and targeting new areas of growth.

The company are so flexible with all staff; they offer a hybrid working model on a rota basis where you can spend 2 days a week working from home once your probation is passed and they’re so family-orientated.

Therefore, if you have to drop your children off at school or you have an appointment to attend, that should be your priority – no questions asked!
